I DIDN'T FIND THE ROCK. IT FOUND ME.

MY STORY, PLAINLY
I spent years believing that if I worked hard enough I would eventually feel whole. Instead I got tired. What changed wasn't a program or a plan — it was surrender, and a handful of people who refused to give up on me.
The Rock exists because those conversations saved my life, and because there are thousands of people who have never had one.

THE TIMELINE

BEFORE I FOUND PEACE
I was busy, respected and hollow. I could fix other people's problems and not my own.

THE SEARCH
Books, teachers, traditions, late nights. I wanted proof more than I wanted peace.

SURRENDER
I stopped negotiating. I admitted I could not carry it, and I let it go.

FINDING THE LIGHT WITHIN
The quiet came first. Then clarity. Then the courage to face what I'd avoided.

RETURNING TO THE WAY
I came back to the simple things: truth, mercy, service, and showing up daily.
